Orders
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can order without creating an account. However, creating an account is recommended for easier order tracking.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
Once the order is confirmed, it quickly enters the preparation phase. Therefore, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of order:
• Items available: fast shipping
• Custom orders: delivery time specified during the exchange
A follow-up email is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you don't receive it, please contact us by email.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything.
Remember to check with your family or the carrier.

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, a majority of our pieces are carefully handcrafted, blending tradition and modernity.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Some items can be customized (color, details, size). Contact us to discuss this.
Can the colours vary slightly?
Yes, slight variations may exist due to lighting or the handcrafted nature of the product. That's also part of their charm.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Return conditions:
• Item not worn
• In perfect condition
• With tags intact
• No returns accepted on personalized/custom-made items

What payment methods do you accept?

Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are protected by a secure payment system.
