Each creation is carefully crafted and shipped under the best conditions to offer you a unique experience.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • For pre-order or custom-made items, production times may vary. The estimated timeframe will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods

  • Mainland France: Shipping via Mondial Relay, generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • European Union & International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (generally 5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order and the destination.

  • Free shipping in mainland France on orders over €200.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery Responsibility

We make every effort to ship orders within the announced timeframes. However, saïaa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier (strikes, disruptions, or force majeure).

In the event of a lost package or delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@saiaacouture.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
