Your satisfaction is very important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Return Conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition.

It must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or stained.

Original tags and packaging must be kept and returned with the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
Return Procedure

Contact us by email at contact@saiaacouture.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the item has been received and approved.

No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.
